Everyone walks through the same gate into the same environment. Nobody wears a label.

The site is drug and alcohol free, the routine is set, and the days are full.
That is not a rule for the sake of it.

The day has a clear beginning, purpose and expected standard.
You participate alongside others rather than trying to manage everything alone.
You know who your mentor is and your mentor knows who you are.
Goals, responsibilities and progress remain visible and documented.
